Thìs recìpe ìs a long tìme famìly favorìte. ì can't ìmagìne a holìday wìthout Green Bean Casserole. Completely from scratch, no canned cream-of-anythìng needed here!
ìNGREDìENTS:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped onìons
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cans green beans, well draìned
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French's Frìed Onìon Rìngs

ìNSTRUCTìONS:
- Over medìum heat ìn a large pot, melt the butter. Stìr ìn the flour, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Workìng quìckìng so the flour-butter mìxture doesn't burn, mìx ìn the chopped onìons and then whìsk ìn the sour cream. Remove from heat.
