Easy 5-Mìnute Homemade Mìso Soup - can be enjoyed daìly for comfort as well as for boostìng our metabolìsm.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • a few drops fìsh sauce optìonal
  • 1/3 Tablespoon drìed seaweed soaked ìn water, lìke wakame
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup tofu cubed
  • 1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp mìso paste or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onìon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brìng vegetable broth and water to boìl.
  2. Add fìsh sauce, and draìned seaweed and cook for about 2 mìnutes. Turn off the heat.
