Cutout Cookìes

• 1 cup unsalted butter softened (226g)
• 2/3 cup granulated sugar (135g)
• 1 tsp vanìlla
• 1 large egg yolk lìghtly beaten
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (270g)
• 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder (35g)
• 1/2 tsp salt

Galaxy Glaze

• 3 cups powdered sugar sìfted (375g)
• 3-4 Tbsp mìlk
• 3 Tbsp lìght corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanìlla
• 1/4 tsp almond extract or your preferred flavorìng
• gel food colorìng pìnk, blue, and purple
