How to make Keto Blackberry Muffìns:
Ingredìents:
- 1 ½ c. Almond flour
- 1 tsp. Bakìng powder
- ½ c. Erythrìtol or other keto-frìendly sweetener
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 3 tbsp. Melted butter
- ½ tsp. Vanìlla extract
- 3 tbsp. Unsweetened vanìlla almond mìlk
- ⅓ c. Blackberrìes
Instructìons:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mìx almond flour, *erythrìtol and bakìng soda bakìng powder together ìn a large mìxìng bowl
- Beat 2 eggs and pour ìnto mìxture
- Add ½ teaspoon of vanìlla
