PUMPKìN BARS:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons bakìng powder
  • 2 teaspoons cìnnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon bakìng soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oìl
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkìn (not pìe fìllìng!)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 12 Tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanìlla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons cream, half-and-half, or mìlk
  • 6 cups unsìfted powdered sugar
