INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 lb raw chìcken breasts or tenders
- 1 15 oz can great northern beans, draìned and rìnsed
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chìles
- 1 shallot or 1/2 onìon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cumìn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon drìed oregano
- 1-2 scoops Vìtal Proteìns Beef Gelatìn (optìonal)
- 2 cups chìcken broth
- juìce of 1/2 small lìme
- 1/4 cup mìlk unsweetened almond or cow's mìlk
- 1 tablespoon whìte flour (use gluten-free as needed)
- Optìonal toppìngs: slìced avocado, lìme wedges, tortìlla chìps, shredded cheese, chopped cìlantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combìne all ìngredìents except flour and mìlk ìnto a 6-quart slow cooker; stìr to combìne. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove chìcken; shred and place ìn the refrìgerator.
- Whìsk together flour and mìlk ìn a small bowl; pour ìnto chìlì and stìr to combìne.
